How we handle your data.

Our commitments

• No selling. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data or client data.
• No AI training. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not give it to anyone else to train theirs.
• No advertising use. We do not pass your details to advertising networks.
• Only what the work needs. We collect and use only what we need to do the work, and only for that purpose.
• Limited access. Only the people working on your account can see your data.

What we collect

• From website visitors: the details sent through our forms, and analytics if you allow it. The privacy policy lists these in full.
• From clients: business contact details, and the access and data you give us for the work, such as read access to analytics and advertising accounts.

AI search scans

To measure AI visibility we put agreed questions to AI engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini. These are the kinds of questions your buyers ask. We do not put personal data or your confidential data into them.

Where data is processed

Our delivery team is based in India, so client data may be accessed and processed there. We also use service providers, such as Google and Amazon Web Services, which may process data in other countries.

Clients in the UK and EU

We do not have an office in the UK or EU. When personal data from the UK or EU is transferred to India, we use standard contractual clauses for that transfer. Where you control the personal data and we process it for you, we act on your instructions, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep data only for as long as the work or our legal obligations need it, and delete it after that. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
