What this site collects, and where it goes.

What this site collects

• Fields submitted through the Competitor Gap Scan form, which appears on the Gap Scan page and at the foot of several others: name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), company website, up to three competitors (optional), country, whether you are a brand or an agency, and any message text.
• Google Analytics 4, only if you allow it in the cookie banner. It records which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor is, and which site or search they arrived from. It also records two actions: clicking a phone number, and sending the form (with your country and whether you are a brand or an agency). Your name, email, website, competitors and message text are never sent to it.
• If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser, used to tell one visit from another. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, so the banner is not shown again. No other cookies are set by this site.

Where it goes

What you type into the form is saved to a Google Sheet that only we can open, through Google Apps Script, so Google processes it on our behalf. It is not passed to an advertising network or sold. What Google Analytics records goes to Google, which processes it on our behalf. Your details are not used for anything beyond replying to you.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete a request you sent, by email or phone using the details below.
• You can allow or decline analytics at any time from cookie settings. Declining stops Google Analytics loading at all.
• You can also block it in every site at once with Google's opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
